Universal Game Mechanics

All games on PuzzleVerse adhere to established puzzle conventions designed for fair, logical deduction:

Wordle-Style Feedback (Color Tiles)

• 🟩 Green: The letter is correct and placed in the exact right position.
• 🟨 Yellow: The letter exists in the solution, but belongs in a different slot.
• ⬛ Gray / Dark: The letter does not appear anywhere in the target word.

Hard Mode Rules

When Hard Mode is enabled, any revealed hints must be used in all subsequent guesses. Green letters must stay in their designated spots, and yellow letters must be included somewhere in the new attempt.

Connections Rules

Select four words that share a hidden connection (e.g., categories, homophones, compound words, pop culture). Submit your guess. You have four lives before the puzzle reveals the remaining groupings.
